BASIC DIAGNOSTIC

Basic Diagnostic means that we evaluate your computer that is not operating properly and inform your of the issues.

Sometimes after a diagnostic, it is not cost efficient to repair a computer, and the tech will advise you at that time if necessary. Ultimatly, it is the customers decision, if they want to proceed with the repair.

Usually, if the customer decides to repair thier computer, the diagnostic fee will be included in the repair. example would be if your video card was determined to be maalfunctioning, and you buy the video card from us, you will only be charged for the video cartd and the installation, the basic diagnostic fee will be waived at that point.
